Q1: How can I place an order?
You can easily place an order through our webshop by adding your desired products to your shopping cart and completing the checkout using one of our available payment methods (iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, etc.).

2. Delivery
Q3: How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination and the carrier.
Q4: Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your package in real time.
Q5: What happens if I am not at home during delivery?
The carrier will leave a notice or deliver the package to a nearby collection point. Check the tracking link for details.
Q6: What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically and displayed at checkout, depending on your delivery address.
