Shipping & Return Policy
1. Delivery
- Gabriq delivers exclusively to the following European Countries:Â The Netherlands, Belgium,
Germany, France, Austria, Spain, Italy, United Kingdom, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark & Czech Republic.
- Shipping costs depend on the destination country and are clearly displayed before checkout.
- Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery times are indicative; delays caused by carriers (e.g., PostNL, DHL, or DPD) are not attributable to Gabriq.
- Gabriq is not liable for loss, damage, or delays occurring during transport by third parties.
2. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers within the EU have the right to withdraw from an order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, consumers must notify Gabriq within 14 days after receipt by an unequivocal statement. This can be done via:

- Returns can only be requested by email. Gabriq does not use an online return portal.
No withdrawal form is required.
After notifying Gabriq, consumers have 14 days to return the productÂ
3. Return Conditions
Consumers may inspect the product as in a physical store.
Inspection is limited to what is reasonably necessary to assess the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
Removing protective seals, plastic wrapping, hygiene seals, or any other original sealing intended to prevent use or preserve resale value is considered use beyond inspection.
Gabriq reserves the right to:
Deduct any resulting depreciation
Refuse a full refund if conditions above are not met
- When requesting a return, consumers must provide their order number and a clear reason for return. Gabriq may request additional information or photos if necessary to assess the condition of the product.
4. Return Procedure
Returns can only be requested by contacting Gabriq via email (info@gabriq.com).
- When requesting a return, consumers must include their order number and the reason for return in their email.
After approval of the return request, Gabriq will create a return shipping label and send it to the consumer by email.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer, unless otherwise agreed. If a return is the result of a damaged product, a manufacturing defect, or an incorrect item delivered, Gabriq will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned product, subject to the conditions as described in our Terms & Conditions.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the entire order is cancelled due to an error made by Gabriq.
